From the North
Take Route 93 South toward Boston and take exit 23 Purchase Street, which will be on your right. Go straight through 4 sets of lights and stay to your right. Just at the 5th light, take a right onto Lincoln Street and the parking garage with be on your right.
If you are not parking, go to the end of Lincoln Street, take a right onto Summer Street at the light and go to the front entrance of 125 Summer.
From the South
Take Route 93 North to Boston and take Exit 20 (South Station/Chinatown). Stay in the left lane - take a left at fork (toward South Station). Remain on Surface Road through two sets of lights. Stay in right lane. After second set of lights, stay right at fork (toward South Station). Stay in the right lane. At the bottom of the exit ramp proceed straight through the light. At the second set of lights (South Station will be on your right) take a left turn at Summer Street. At next set of lights take a left and then an immediate right onto Lincoln Street. The entrance to the parking garage at 125 Summer Street is immediately on your right on Lincoln Street.
If you are not parking, go to the end of Lincoln Street, take a right onto Summer Street at the light and go to the front entrance of 125 Summer.
From the Mass. Pike
Take exit 24A (South Station) off the Mass Pike. At the end of the exit ramp, take a left onto Kneeland Street, then take the second right onto Lincoln Street.
Go straight through the second intersection, which is the Surface artery. The entrance to the parking garage is immediately on the right.
If you are not parking go to the end of Lincoln Street, take a right onto Summer Street at the light and go to the front entrance of 125 Summer.
From Logan Airport
As you leave the airport take the Ted Williams Tunnel to Exit 25 (South Boston) stay right. Bear right at the Yield sign to another set of lights. Take a right. At the second set of lights (very short distance) take another right onto Summer Street. Proceed for eight tenths of a mile and at the fourth set of lights take a left onto the Surface Artery. At the second light take a right onto Lincoln Street. The entrance to the underground garage at 125 Summer Street is immediately on your right.
If you are not parking go to the end of Lincoln Street, take a right onto Summer Street at the light and go to the front entrance of 125 Summer.
South Shore office (175 Derby Street) - Driving Directions
From Boston (Route 93 South) and Route 95/128
Take Route 3 South (follow the signs to Braintree, Cape Cod). On Route 3 in Hingham, take Exit 15 for Derby Street and at the end of the ramp, turn left. Then take the first right into the 175 Derby Street office complex. Burns & Levinson is located in the 2nd building on the right.
From the South and Cape Cod
On Route 3 North, take Exit 15 for Derby Street and at the end of the ramp, turn right. Then take the first right into the 175 Derby Street office complex. Burns & Levinson is located in the 2nd building on the right.

From the North
Take I-95 South/RT-128 South. Take Exit 27A, Totten Pond Road toward Waltham. At the end of the ramp, take a right onto Totten Pond Road. Get into the left lane, Totten Pond Road will then cross over I-95. At the next light, take a left, before the Shell station, onto Wyman Street. Take an immediate right onto Winter Street, in front of Holiday Inn Express. Go about 1/4 mile , our building is on the left past the hotels, in "Somerset Court."
From the East
Take I-90 W/ Massachusetts Turnpike toward Points West. Take EXIT 15 - I-95 North /RT-128 North toward Westwood/Waltham. Merge onto I-95 North/RT-128 North toward Waltham/Gloucester. Take Exit 27A - Totten Pond Road exit toward Waltham. Take Exit 27A, Totten Pond toward Waltham. Take the Totten Pond Road Ramp toward Waltham Center. At the traffic light, turn right onto Totten Pond Road. At the next light, take an immediate left, just before the Shell Station, onto Wyman Street. Take an immediate right onto Winter Street, in front of Holiday Inn Express. Go about 1/4 mile, our building is on the left past the hotels, in "Somerset Court."
From the South

Take 93 South to 95 South into Rhode Island.
Take Exit 22A - Downtown exit. Exit will fork - stay to the left. At end of ramp come to a stoplight - this street is Memorial Boulevard. Go straight through stoplight. Come to another stoplight and turn left onto Exchange Street. Take first right onto Stillman Street. Take first right to One Citizens Plaza.
The parking lot is adjacent to the building. It is a 12 story, deep red, tri-turreted building. Burns & Levinson LLP is on the 11th floor.
From the South
Take 95 North to Exit 22 - Downtown Exit. Ramp will fork - bear right and come to traffic light. At the signal go straight onto Memorial Boulevard. You will come to another traffic light at Exchange Street. Turn left onto Exchange Street. Take first right onto Stillman Street. Take first right to One Citizens Plaza.
